Yokkaichi Plant was established in 1992 and developed as a state-of-the-art semiconductor memory manufacturing facility.
Access to Yokkaichi Plant
Yokkaichi Plant has multiple gates:
- When coming on foot, use the gate closest to the fab you will be visiting.
- When coming by bus, get off the bus at a bus stop close to the fab you will be visiting and use the nearby gate.
- When coming by taxi, get out of the taxi at the gate close to the fab you will be visiting.
* You cannot get out of a taxi near the Main and South Gates from 7:00 to 9:00 on weekdays.
- When coming by car, get a parking permit at the East Gate and park at the visitors’ parking lot.
- When you need to drive into the premises carrying large items due for delivery or needed for the work to be done, come to the East or North Gate. (Only four-ton and larger trucks are admitted through the North Gate.)

From Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station
By commuter bus: approx. 35 minutes
By taxi: approx. 25 minutes
From Kintetsu Tomida Station
